Terms of Service

Last updated: March 24, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AllerGenome (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AllerGenome is an educational tool that analyzes genetic data (SNPs) related to allergic response pathways and generates personalized supplement protocol suggestions based on published research. The Service includes DNA file upload, SNP extraction, cascade analysis, and report generation.

3. Not Medical Advice

AllerGenome does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information and supplement protocols generated by our Service are for educational and informational purposes only. They are based on published research linking specific genetic variants to specific pathways and interventions.

You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement regimen, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it based on information from AllerGenome.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using AllerGenome, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

5. Purchases & Refunds

AllerGenome offers a one-time purchase ($69) for a complete genetic allergy analysis. All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

Refund policy: If you are unsatisfied with your report, contact us within 30 days of purchase at hello@allergenome.com. We offer full refunds on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is issued, your report and associated data will be deleted.

6. Your DNA Data

You retain all rights to your genetic data. By uploading your DNA file, you grant AllerGenome a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of generating your report. This license terminates when your data is deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

7. Accuracy & Limitations

Our cascade analysis and protocol suggestions are based on current published research, which is evolving. Genetic research is a rapidly advancing field, and our interpretations may change as new evidence emerges. We make reasonable efforts to keep our SNP database and intervention recommendations current, but we do not guarantee completeness or accuracy.

The effectiveness of any supplement protocol depends on many factors beyond genetics, including diet, environment, existing health conditions, and medication interactions.

8. Intellectual Property

The AllerGenome brand, website design, cascade framework, and protocol generation system are proprietary. Your generated report is yours to use personally, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or sell the AllerGenome system, methodology, or report templates.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllerGenome and its founder, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to adverse reactions to supplements, reliance on generated protocols, or decisions made based on your report.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AllerGenome from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your reliance on supplement recommendations.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
